Nestled along the Olentangy Scenic River in beautiful southern Delaware County in the northern suburbs of Columbus, Ohio, Daventry Park is a lovely and welcoming community that approximately 70 families call home. This includes several properties at Riverpoint Court on the East side of SR315, across from the main entrance at Daventry Lane. Each custom built home was thoughtfully designed to be unique yet complementary to the look and feel of the neighborhood. Our mature trees and lush common areas provide a peaceful and serene setting that is enjoyed by all residents.

 

Columbus is Ohio's bustling capital city that boasts one of the country's leading universities, world-renowned corporations, professional sports teams including the Columbus Blue Jackets and Columbus Crew, and a thriving culinary scene. Daventry Park is ideally situated with easy access to all that Columbus has to offer, while providing a quiet retreat. In addition, residents can enjoy nearby shopping, entertainment and recreational activities such as Delaware County's Preservation Parks. There also are several hospitals and medical facilities within minutes of Daventry Park.

 

Located in the Olentangy Schools District, children have the opportunity to attend schools that are state of the art and ranked in the top tier of Ohio school districts. Please note: while the address and USPS Zip Code (43065) for Daventry Park are for Powell, Ohio, our community is in Liberty Township, not the City of Powell. We are also proudly served by the Sheriff's Office of Delaware County.
