Annual Maintenance Assessments (dues) are payable every year in one payment by each homeowner as notified by the Board of Directors. For 2026, a notice and invoice will be sent to association members on January 31, 2026 with the relevant details, including the amount payable and payment instructions. The notice and invoice, including the Collection Policy for 2026, will be available to members in the password-protected Members section of this website.
The 2026 Annual Maintenance Assessment is $515.00 per Lot and the Reserve Fee is $166.00 per Lot, for a total of $681.00, due on February 21, 2026.
