Annual Maintenance Assessments (dues) are payable every year in one payment by each homeowner as notified by the Board of Trustees. For 2025, a notice and invoice was sent to association members on January 31, 2024 with the relevant details, including the amount payable and payment instructions. For 2025, a Fee has been added to fund the Association's Reserve Fund, required by state law. The notice and invoice, including the Collection Policy for 2025, are available to members in the password-protected Members section of this website.
The 2025 Annual Maintenance Assessment is $500.00 per Lot and the Reserve Fee is $160.00 per Lot, for a total of $660.00, due on February 21, 2025.
